The Flume team is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Enterprise Campaign Manager to help us take our business to the next level. In this role, you will use your analytical and creative skills to support our Enterprise Sales team in developing and growing new and existing partnerships. Flume currently collaborates with water utilities, governments, and private partners. This role will help develop and drive marketing campaigns to business customers to spread the adoption of Flume's water monitoring solution. These networks of customers utilize Flume technology to help drive efficient water consumption and conservation.

You will be responsible for developing, designing, and managing Flume's engagement with these Enterprise customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Government and Utility Affairs, you will work collaboratively across all business units (Sales & Marketing, Support, Engineering, and Finance) to ensure exceptional execution of all product implementation programs.

Preferred Location: Denver, San Francisco Bay Area, or Los Angeles. Job Description

        • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects that support the business objectives of Flume’s Enterprise team
        • An exceptional storyteller, idea-generator, and audience-centric thinker who also has analytical abilities to act on insights and apply strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for the content that’s generated
        • With an eye towards sales, this role will help to develop relevant, high-performing content for new audiences with a keen eye for turning technical and long-form content into engaging, digestible formats

Duties & Responsibilities

        • This person will serve as project manager for various marketing initiatives, working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Corporate Marketing to develop and implement programs
        • Develop and manage lead generation outreach for customer development and re-engagement, working closely with Flume’s Marketing & Sales teams to ensure Flume’s quarterly sales goals are met
        • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Digital Marketing team and Content Marketing Specialist to write and design various marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, emails, case studies, printed materials, etc.
        • Have a firm understanding of the functionality of and the ability to manage and maintain a CRM system
        • Be a steward for our brand voice, helping it evolve and scale across Enterprise channels.
        • Use analytical skills to assess and report on campaign effectiveness and outcomes. Troubleshoot and innovate on ideas and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
        • Build on current trade show strategy, collaboratively managing speaking applications, presentations, collateral, conference swag, and other duties as necessary. Willing to travel and present about Flume as appropriate
        • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

        • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
        • 4-6 years of experience in Enterprise Marketing
        • Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns
        • The ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
        • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams in an organization
        • Strong project management skills
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

        • Experience in the utility water management industry is a plus but not required
        • CRM management experience

Salary Range: $100k - $125k/yearly
