The Flume team is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to help us take our business to the next level. In this role, you will be focused on expanding relationships with Flume’s enterprise customers, developing and growing new and existing partnerships. Flume currently collaborates with water agencies, utilities, and insurance companies, driving marketing campaigns to their customers to spread adoption of Flume's water monitoring solution. These networks of customers yield efficient water consumption and conservation, maximizing the relationship for both parties and the environment. You will be responsible for developing, designing, and managing Flume’s distribution/adoption playbook. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Solutions, you will work collaboratively across all business units (Sales & Marketing, Support, Engineering and Finance) to ensure exceptional execution of all product implementation programs.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will own all phases of the distribution programs starting with onboarding and continuing to keep partners fully engaged, building Flume fanatics. This means you will accomplish the following:
  • Build relationships through continued outreach including hosting meetings, timely follow up, etc. Developing a regular pattern of communication geared toward each partner
  • Secure necessary assets from partners to ensure all deadlines are met and programs are launched in accordance with project plans
  • Own setting up co-branded websites and other key elements to each specific program
  • Partner with Flume Marketing to become a Flume brand ambassador and expert in all things Flume to guide promotional materials and strategies
  • Monitor, analyze and report on key KPIs and trends related to each partner
  • Manage all monthly tasks, such as invoicing and reporting
  • Creatively identify innovative ideas to re-market the program to partners and their customers
  • Be committed to building loyal Flume partners and maximizing sales success!

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Obsessive customer focused and genuine communication skills
  • Creative and critical thinker who loves data, solving problems and finding better solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in program management, partner relations or sales
  • Experience working cross functionally with various teams in an organization
  • Strong project management skills and natural organizational talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Google Sheets or Excel

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with utilities or governmental entities is a plus but not required
  • Tableau experience
